SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

The following information is the estimated time frame you should receive your order after it has been shipped:

India : 4 - 7 business days

International: 10 - 15 business days

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. All sales are final.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the "Damaged or Defective Items" section below. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within [2] days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information about the damage or defect, including supporting photographic evidence. Our customer service team will assess the issue and provide further instructions regarding a replacement or refund. Replacement products will be sent based on availability, and refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Exceptions:
